Request data: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, country (optional), chosen plan, preferred contact method and message.

Activation data, only when you request a trial or activation: device type, player name, and the MAC address, device key or portal link your player displays. We never ask for passwords or payment card details.

Technical data: a one-way hash of your IP address, used to limit abuse, and the date of your consent.

3. Why we use it

To answer your subscription or free-trial request, contact you by WhatsApp or email, activate your player, provide support, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.

4. Who we share it with

Service providers acting on our behalf: hosting ([host]) and email ([email provider]). If you choose WhatsApp, your conversation is also handled by WhatsApp (Meta). We do not sell your data.
